½ medium avocado
½ cup fresh spinach
½ crushed ice
½ cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp MCT oil
2 tbsp or to taste granulated Stevia sweetener or other low carb sweetener

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
