¼ cup butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 clove garlic, minced

1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley


  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir constantly until well incorporated. 
  5. Cook the sauce until it’s thickened to your liking. 
  6. Add the chopped parsley and mix to combine. 
  7. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
