Homemade Keto Pancake Syrup

2 cups frozen blueberries
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice or water
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp granulated Stevia or other low carb granulated sweetener


  1. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and mix to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium low and cook, stirring frequently, until the syrup is reduced by half.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
