Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1 tsp flaxseed meal

¼ cup frozen blueberries

1/3 cup crushed ice

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 tsp MCT oil

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

liquid Stevia to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
