Instructions

  1. Place four jars in a deep skillet. 
  2. Pour water into the skillet until it reaches three-quarters up the jars. 
  3. Remove the jars and place the water on medium-high heat. 
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. 
  5. Crack an egg into each jar.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar and chopped chives. 
  7. Carefully place the jars into the water and cook for 5 minutes or until the whites are set but yolks still runny.
  8. Remove the jars carefully from the skillet. 
  9. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 
  10. Serve with toasted keto bread.
